You can instantly delete your Neogram account and all personal data directly from inside the app without waiting:
If you have uninstalled the app or cannot access your device, submit a deletion request below using the email associated with your Neogram account. Our support team will process your request within 7 business days.
Alternatively, email us directly at privacy@neogramapp.tech or support@neogramapp.tech with the subject "Account Deletion Request" from your registered account email.
Permanently erased: email, username, encrypted password, bio, and profile pictures.
All posts, comments, likes, and uploaded photos/videos are purged from Cloudflare R2 and databases.
Your message history, voice notes, and group memberships are permanently erased.
In accordance with our Terms, any remaining virtual Gems balance is forfeited and closed upon deletion.
Retention Period: All personal data is purged within 30 days of the request. Non-identifiable aggregated security and crash logs may be retained for up to 90 days strictly for system integrity and anti-abuse compliance.
