Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Neogram ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the Neogram mobile application (Package: com.company.latrixel) and all related services (collectively, the "Service").

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Community Guidelines.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use Neogram.
• If you are between 13 and 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
• You must not have been previously banned from the Service.

3. Account Registration & Security

To access Neogram features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and safeguard your credentials. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings or via our Delete Account & Data Portal.

4. User Content & Voice Notes

"User Content" includes text posts (Buzzes), comments, voice notes, photos, videos, channel posts, group messages, direct messages, and profile information.

• You retain ownership of your User Content.
• By posting User Content, you grant Neogram a worldwide, non-exclusive license to transmit, store, and display your content solely in connection with operating the Service.
• By recording voice notes, you consent to the storage and transmission of your voice note audio to intended chat or thread participants.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Post illegal, harmful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or obscene content
• Post child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or exploit minors
• Engage in or promote terrorism or violent extremism
• Harass, bully, intimidate, or stalk any individual
• Impersonate any person or entity with intent to deceive
• Infringe copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights
• Distribute spam, malware, phishing links, or unauthorized bulk content
• Interfere with or compromise the security of the Service

6. In-App Gems Virtual Balance

• Gems are a virtual utility currency used for creator tips, badges, and cosmetic customizations.
• Gems have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for real currency outside the platform.
• Gems balances are non-refundable. Upon account deletion, any remaining balance is forfeited.

7. Intellectual Property

The Neogram branding, logo, software design, interface, code, and trademarks are owned by Neogram and protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized copying or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

8. Termination & Account Deletion

You can delete your account and personal data at any time via Settings → Delete My Account in the app or on our Delete Account Page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or Community Guidelines.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to arbitration in Nairobi, Kenya.
